Hazel carved partridge
 
The entire stick is one piece.  Its made of hazel and the total stick length measures 117cm. hand carved the leg of the crook is carved by hand to resemble the leg of a partridge.  Hand painted and varnished the partridge is detailed and yet rustic in appearance having a matt finish to the belly of the bird and gloss upper body.
 
A rubber foot has been applied.
We have a matching pheasant in stock carved in the same way – why not have a matching pair!
The maker is an award-winning maker and has recently retired.
