How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order is simple. see something you like, click buy!! we dispatch in stock items within 48 hours (weekdays only) unless otherwise specified around Christmas and public holidays. items ordered take between 2-5 days to dispatch - you will be notified of expected dispatch date once order placed. should the stick require altering in any way (shortening) we allow an extra 2 days,
Once you have paid using our many payment providers, we dispatch to the UK using a royal mail parcelforce which offers insurance over the value of purchase - this cost you no more but it gives us comfort the stick will not be damaged in transit. International postage is with Parcelforce Global value which has an expected 10day delivery.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched and we send you an invoice. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.
PROOF OF TRANSACTION
The records stored in our computer systems, under reasonable safety conditions, are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties. Purchase orders, invoices and proof of deliveries are stored on a reliable and durable system and can be produced as evidence. GDPR is complied with.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF YOUR ORDER
To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been described accurately. However some items listed are not new, they are antique, crafts or hand made and therefore there may be slight blemished to wood, slight imperfections in horn, antler etc therefore a level of tolerance is expected. We endeavour to describe all items accurately. Should there be a major variance in the website description we urge you to get in touch first.
Sale of goods act and distance selling acts cover for goods supplied, however any custom work ordered will not be covered by these acts as they are deemed produced to order. All items returned as unwanted are to be charged a restocking fee of £15 orders up to £100, and £25 for orders over £100 You will be responsible for returning goods in original condition with original packaging at your own expense.
Goods are not covered by warranty as they may be of age. We will consider all warranty claims made on a case buy case basis, however it is the purchaser who is responsible for proving that goods where not fit for purpose. The purpose of all items produce is art. Should the goods be used as walking sticks they are used at the purchasers own risk.
