Welsh rams horn walking stick shaped as a fox.
 
The shank is blackthorn and the total stick length measures 105cm. The handle is exquisitely carved from Welsh ram horn and then painted and varnished. The handle is detailed yet well balanced and comfortable in the grip – your thumb fits in between its ears!  Being a blackthorn stick the shank is completely covered in bumps and it makes the stick look so unusual!
 
A brass ferrule has been applied.
The maker is an award-winning maker and has recently retired.
